Please don't include anything sensitive, such as health information, in the form.
We use your details only because you asked us to (your consent). Nothing else, and nothing is sold.
Only the services that make this work: Tally, which runs the form and stores the answers, and the email service used to send the weekly email. They handle it on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else. Keep It Together Care's families and their information have nothing to do with this list.
Until you ask to come off the list. If you asked about a founding place or help and nothing comes of it, we delete your details 12 months after we last spoke.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or change your mind at any time. Reply "stop" to any email, or write to the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
